GOOGLE SEARCH CAMPAOGN

A one-day stills commission for Google showcasing their latest search capabilities to Gen Z audiences across EMEA. The brief called for four distinct scenarios—each highlighting different Google features through authentic, contemporary moments. Working with Redwood BBDO, I developed a visual approach that balances polish with genuine spontaneity. Rather than overly constructed advertising imagery, we focused on capturing those fleeting moments of discovery that feel native to how this generation actually experiences technology.

Shot on the Fujifilm GFX 100S II with continuous lighting throughout, allowing talent natural movement whilst maintaining complete control over our look. Each scene required its own lighting personality—from bright café mornings to golden hour flat-share evenings—whilst staying cohesive as a campaign. The challenge was creating imagery that showcases Google's innovation without feeling like traditional tech advertising. Everything needed to feel observed rather than staged, with careful attention to the small details that make Gen Z spaces authentic.
